Snazzipads original breast pads let you treat yourself as well as you treat your baby! We have designed these microfleece-lined breast pads to let new mums experience the comfort of stay-dry fleece all for themselves.
Our washable pads are made from four layers of cloth. Next to your skin is a layer of cream microfleece. This spun polyester fabric does not absorb moisture, so just like our fitted nappies, it gently wicks moisture through to the inner cotton layers, keeping you dry and comfortable. It doesn't stick to the skin, and is extremely soft to the touch. Inside the cloth pad are two layers of our super thick and luxurious 100% cotton towelling velour for maximum absorbtion. The outer layer of the pad is heavy weight polarfleece. This fabric is much thicker than the microfleece layer next to your skin, and works as a moisture barrier. It is very water resistant, although highly breathable, and keeps you dry and discreet!
Because of the different weight fleece used it is important that the cream coloured side is placed next to your skin, otherwise your breast pad will repel, rather than absorbing moisture!
These breast pads are made from a layer of nylon for waterproofing, two layers of lightweight hemp jersey for absorbtion, and a layer of stay-dry fleece to keep you dry and comfortable. They are ultra thin, so great for everyday wear under t-shirts if you don't want to risk a leak. While not as absorbent as our standard breast pads, they are great once your supply has evened out, and you just need a little extra protection. Hemp needs a couple of washes before it reaches its maximum absorbency, so do give them a couple of washes before you try them out.
