When you are using cloth nappies anyway, it really makes good sense to get some cloth wipes. (I know it seems obvious, but I didn't cotton on until my second baby in cloth!). Disposable wipes can irritate the sensitive skin on new babies, and besides all that they cost you a fortune, and mean you have to have a bin full of poopy wipes. To top it all off they are kinda thin, and don't work as well as material ones. Keep a stash beside your change table with a tub or bottle of clean water just like Grandma did, and you have thick, soft, chemical-free wipes that really do the job. Just drop them in the nappy bucket to wash alongside the nappies when you are done. Genius!
